I've been on a major baking kick lately. Mostly due to my late night scrolls on Pinterest and my never ending sweet tooth. I tried out a Vegan Lemon Bars by Heart of a Baker and I was blown away. The bars were the perfect balance between sweet and tangy, and the recipe is so simple you most likely have all of the ingredients on hand. I'll be on Martha Stewart shit all summer, so be on the look out for more plant based food experiments.
