Arcade Fire “Porno” Magazine Cover Ever since Arcade Fire dropped Reflektor this fall its been on repeat non stop. My favorite song off the album is Porno. The song explores male immaturity, female sexuality, and how males are portrayed in this day and age.
The man in this song feels as if there is something wrong with him because he see’s the woman he desires as more than just a sexual object, she’s more than a “porno”.
Tomboy Mood board
HighlightIng an emerging trend of androgynous looks, I put together a mood board to better explore this surfacing style. The board contains inspirational images of women taking the combination of femininity and masculinity to the next level.
Sporty Spice Mock Magazine Layout

Kelela Pitchfork Article
I created a mock magazine article using a recent interview from Pitchfork Media on rising singer Kelela. Wanting to compliment her electric r&b sound, I used bold purple gradients and a gritty black and white photo to create simple but strong design.
An exploration of styling and imagery through digital photography.
Founded by sisters Danielle and Jodie Snyder, Dannijo is a high-end fashion jewelry label and lifestyle brand known for its eclectic fusion of raw flair and timeless style. As part of their brand-new series of monthly web exclusives, I created an advertising campaign to help launch the new collection “More is More.” The line offers the brand’s signature statement accessories, but now at lower price, with styles priced from $108 to $328. The collection includes necklaces and earrings, composed of oxidized brass and silver plated chains, embellished with Swarovski crystals, and studs.
Unlike most traditional luxury brand campaigns, the Dannijo “More is More” collection lists the price of each item proudly. The purpose of this campaign was not only to draw in consumers with breath taking designs, but to also put a strong emphasis on the affordable options the brand now offers. Each stand out piece is accompanied with a mantra of its own, along with the cities and website where Dannijo jewelry can be purchased.

Neijah Lanae - Do You (Body Remix)
Neijah Lanae is a singer/songwriter residing in Los Angela's. I created 2 single covers for her techno up-beat remix of her song "Do You".
Isael X - Prescription
I created this single cover for Chicago rapper, Isael X. The perfect imagery for a smooth smokers anthem.
Quincy Jones With so many competitors in his field, Quincy wanted a business card that would set him a part but still have a clean professional feel. I decided to make a not so traditional black & white business card with the illusion of texture and bold typography.
Khallee Standberry-Lewis I created a psychedelic feel for R&B singer/songwriter Khallee by creating a dizzying affect with a portait photo I snapped myself. I added in a blue illuminating light in order to create a look as smooth and trippy as his sound.
Carmen Henry Wanting to highlight Blogger/Fashion Stylist Carmen Henry's playful edgy style I contrasted her black and white portrait with a stream of bright pink and designed a fun geometric logo.
Kaila Kwon Kaila Kwon is a professional makeup up artist and hair stylist residing in Chicago. I illustrated a set of expressive eyes to put an emphasis on her unique artistry. The textured watercolor background represents the many faces that she "paints" on a daily basis.
Out of my love for clothing, styling, and photography, I started a fashion blog in 2009. My blog highlighted everything from daily outfits, fashion editiorials, to personal posts. During my 4-year blogging stint, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with amazing brands, and create content for Chicago based fashion website, Second City Style. Through my success I achieved a published feature in Glitter Magazine, and even snagged a gracious shout out from top fashion blogger, Rumi Neely of Fashion Toast.
Though I'm no longer a "serious" blogger, you can still keep up to date with all of my current obsessions here.
Personal photographs of the people who inspire me and the places I've traveled.
Card Ending in 6869 Amazed by all the random things I purchase, I decided to collect and photograph all of the receipts that end up balled up in my pocket/purse at the end of each day. Each receipt almost forms its own origami, really putting my obsessive buying habits into perspective.
